Try it yourself

In Chrome 150 or later, turn on WebMCP for testing at chrome://flags/#enable-webmcp-testing and relaunch.
Install the Model Context Tool Inspector extension.
Open corpuslaw.us, open the inspector, pick formation.handoff and run it with this input:
